Perspectives from the world of iconic brands.

Over the years my work has brought me into contact with
entrepreneurs, engineers, designers and racing legends.

These encounters often take place far away from courtrooms
– at racetracks, industry gatherings or events where people
who build exceptional products meet.

A few impressions.

“Yellowbird” – When Engineering Becomes Legend

Presented in 1987, the CTR became world famous after the
now iconic Nürburgring Nordschleife video showing the car
being driven at extraordinary speed by test driver Stefan
Roser.

The car demonstrated what uncompromising engineering and
precision could achieve. At a time when most manufacturers
were limited by convention, RUF showed that innovation and
independent thinking could redefine performance.

Today the Yellowbird is regarded as one of the most iconic
high-performance cars ever built.

Working with RUF Automobile and Alois Ruf means working
with a company whose reputation is based not on marketing,
but on engineering, craftsmanship and authenticity.

Brands like RUF show why protecting identity matters.
Their value lies not only in a name, but in the philosophy,
the technology and the heritage behind it.

Alois Ruf

Alois Ruf – The DNA of an Iconic Manufacturer

Alois Ruf and the company RUF Automobile in Pfaffenhausen
hold a unique position in the world of high-performance cars.

Recognized worldwide not merely as a tuner but as an
independent manufacturer, RUF represents engineering
excellence, craftsmanship and authenticity.

Over the years a close relationship of trust has developed.

Working with brands like RUF means understanding that
their value lies not only in trademarks, but in engineering,
design and heritage.

Walter Röhrl – Engineering, Precision and Character

Few drivers represent precision and technical understanding
like Walter Röhrl.

Beyond his extraordinary success in rallying and endurance
racing, he is widely respected for his deep understanding
of engineering and vehicle dynamics.

Meeting Walter Röhrl is always a reminder that truly
exceptional performance is the result of discipline,
precision and uncompromising standards.

F.A.T. Ice Race – Zell am See

The F.A.T. Ice Race in Zell am See is one of the most
remarkable gatherings in the automotive world.

Manufacturers, collectors, engineers and racing drivers
meet on the frozen airfield in the Austrian Alps to celebrate
performance engineering and automotive culture.

Events like these are more than motorsport exhibitions.
They bring together the people behind iconic brands and
technologies.

For someone working with high-performance manufacturers
and automotive brands, it is always an inspiring environment.

Mika Häkkinen – A Champion’s Perspective

Two-time Formula One World Champion Mika Häkkinen
is known not only for his achievements on the track
but also for his professionalism and strategic mindset.

Encounters with personalities like Häkkinen highlight
how much elite motorsport and successful brand building
have in common: discipline, precision and long-term vision.

KTM – Performance Engineering as a Brand

KTM is one of the most recognizable performance brands
in motorsport and high-performance motorcycles.

From Dakar Rally victories to MotoGP competition,
the company represents uncompromising engineering,
innovation and racing heritage.

Brands like KTM are defined by far more than their name.
Their identity is shaped by technology, design philosophy
and the culture surrounding motorsport.

Working with such manufacturers means understanding that
protecting a brand also means protecting the engineering
and authenticity behind it.

High-performance brands are built over decades –
and they deserve protection that respects that heritage.

Advising companies like KTM requires not only legal
expertise but also an understanding of the engineering
culture that defines performance brands.

Scuderia Hanseat – Where Engineering Meets the Nordschleife

Scuderia Hanseat is one of the most respected driver

training events at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

For decades it has introduced drivers to what is often called the most demanding racetrack in the world.

The Nordschleife rewards precision, discipline and a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics.

I am involved with Scuderia Hanseat.

My role includes contributing to the event’s liability concept and safety framework, and I am also part of the coaching team.

Being close to this environment offers a unique perspective on engineering-driven brands and the people behind them.

The Nordschleife has always been more than a racetrack.

For many engineers and enthusiasts it is a place where performance, precision and authenticity meet.

Events like Scuderia Hanseat show why engineering,
precision and brand identity are inseparable in the
world of high-performance automobiles.
